Simon Cheng Boon Kheng (born Ipoh, Perak, Malaysia @ February 28, 1977)
He has taken concept design to the next level with his work. His work is refined to the production detail and visual incredible.
He is one of the belated Calvin Foo’s apprentice. Calvin Foo is the co-founder of Artes College. Most the Simon Cheng’s work is modern minimalist.
He spend few years working in traditional interior design firm.
In 2000 he, Jere Kon and his mentor form their first design studio, Spaceform Design.
He experienced financial difficulties during much of his studio’s early days.
The whole studio was small and compact. He expressed creativity at his own house, which he use as a creative launch pad.
Playing with shapes and forms, he decided to take his work in new direction.

Simon Cheng was one of the co-founder of Spaceform Design and also the man of the core.
He generated much of his works, and his core role as a concept and interior designer at Spaceform Design. He is one of the country's pioneer conceptualism designer.
He once awarded 'the best retail window display' from Dato Tan Seri William Cheng at the age of 20.
He is also former VMD (visual merchandising department) of Lion Group co.
During his college period, he work part-time at 'Bead Bar' as costume jewelry designer.
Simon Cheng' s design has been featured in numerous magazines, press and online articles.
Simon Cheng is based on international discourse and also in the range of the projects he work on.
